About utucs-ircd

utucs-ircd is an IRCd created by the UTUCS.com founder, Eddie K. It was meant for statibility and speed, but it has a lot more than that now.

First, when he decided he was going to make it, he registered his project with SourceForge.net. He then started working it - then that was the time of utucs-ircd-1.0.00-pre1. This was the first major release - which had many bugs which all were fixed in newer versions. It was built with statibility in mind.
